The Wye 15x6m is one of the largest single-unit residential cabins in our collection. Spanning an impressive 15 metres in length and 6 metres in width, it provides 82.2 square metres of usable floor space—comparable to, or larger than, many modern city apartments.

This scale allows for a fully functional residential layout without compromise. The design includes 5 internal solid wood doors, allowing for a distinct separation of living spaces: typically configured as two generous bedrooms, a family bathroom, an en-suite or utility room, and a vast open-plan living and dining area.

Dual Access and Flexible Design

Unlike smaller lodges, the Wye features two external entrances:

1. Main Entrance: A large Double Full Glass Door (1400x2030mm) that floods the main living area with light.

2. Secondary Access: A Single Full Glass Door (900x2030mm), perfect for a side entrance, boot room, or direct access to a garden deck from a bedroom.

Engineered for Permanence

Built for year-round residency, the Wye utilises our highest specification materials:

• 88mm Glulam Logs: Providing superior thermal mass and structural stability over the 15-metre length.

• Heavy Duty Roof: Supported by 7 massive purlins, the roof is prepared with a 100mm cavity for insulation.

• Residential Glazing: A comprehensive set of 10 pre-painted windows (including specific sizes for kitchens and bathrooms) ensures every room is bright and ventilated.
