Superior Wall Structure: The walls are constructed using upgraded 70mm x 185mm Triple Groove Logs crafted from Finnish Spruce Graded C24. This C24 grading ensures maximum structural integrity, making it a robust, permanent building solution suitable for public use.
Residential-Grade Security & Glazing: All doors and five single windows feature multi-point locking systems for superior security. The glazing is 26mm Toughened Double Glazing (IV68 Premium Grade), offering excellent thermal performance and safety essential for a school environment.
Ready for Use: The doors and windows arrive pre-painted in RAL 9010 White, saving installation time and providing a clean, professional finish that requires minimal maintenance.
Robust Foundation & Roof: The structure is supported by heavy-duty 100mm x 50mm Treated Floor Joists and a solid 28mm Flooring Boards, designed to withstand high foot traffic.
