• Enhanced Roof Structure: To support the wider roof span, we have increased the roof structure to 7 heavy-duty purlins (88mm x 260mm), ensuring maximum strength and stability under snow loads or heavy tiles.

• Massive Bearers: The foundation is laid on 135mm x 135mm floor bearers, providing a rock-solid platform for your home.

Flooded with Light

This model is designed to maximise natural light. It features three large floor-to-lintel windows (1330x1770mm)—tripling the amount of full-height glazing compared to the 8x5m model. Combined with three additional side windows and a full-glass double door, the interior feels bright, airy, and modern.

• Year-Round Comfort: The double roof preparation allows for 100mm of insulation, and the 28mm floorboards provide warmth underfoot, making this building fully viable for permanent residency in the UK climate.
