By utilising a 14-metre length, we have configured a three-bedroom layout into a standard 6-metre width, offering 76.6 square metres of usable interior space. This makes it an excellent choice for narrower plots where accommodation capacity is the priority.

Premium Glulam Construction

Despite its slightly more compact footprint compared to the 6.8m model, this lodge cuts no corners on quality. It is built using 88mm Glulam (Glue Laminated) logs.

• Structural Integrity: The laminated timber ensures the long 14-metre walls remain straight and robust.

• Heavy Duty Base: The cabin sits on substantial 135mm x 135mm floor bearers, ensuring a rigid foundation that protects against damp and settling.

• Insulation Ready: The roof structure includes a double roof preparation designed to house 100mm of insulation, keeping the cabin comfortable in all seasons.

• Dual Access: Features a main Double Full Glass Door for the lounge and a secondary Single Full Glass Door, ideal for side access or a utility entrance.

• Versatile Glazing: The cabin includes a mix of window styles, including one large floor-to-lintel window (1330x1770mm) for light, two wide kitchen-style windows (1200x600mm), and five standard windows to ensure every bedroom and living area is well-lit.

• Internal Privacy: With 5 solid wood internal doors, the layout provides distinct separation for sleeping quarters and bathrooms.
