• 88mm Glulam Logs: The walls are constructed from glue-laminated timber, ensuring they remain straight and true over the long 16-metre span.

• Reinforced Roof: To bridge the extra width, the roof structure is supported by 9 heavy-duty purlins (88mm x 260mm)—two more than the smaller models—guaranteeing exceptional load-bearing capacity.

• Solid Foundation: The entire structure sits on massive 135mm x 135mm floor bearers, providing a rigid, damp-proof base.

Light-Filled Contemporary Design

This model features an upgraded glazing package designed to flood the large interior with light. It includes 4 tall, narrow feature windows (700x1770mm) alongside the standard large living windows and glass doors. All joinery is "Living Type" 68mm, double-glazed, and supplied pre-painted for a flawless, maintenance-free finish.
